Términos y condiciones

Esto es lo que acordamos cuando comprás un libro. Está escrito para que se entienda leyéndolo una vez.

1. Quiénes somos

Celestial Bound es un proyecto independiente operado desde Costa Rica. Escribinos a support@celestialbound.com por cualquier cosa: tu pedido, temas legales o de privacidad.

Al usar el sitio o comprar un libro, aceptás estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno, no compres.

2. Qué es lo que comprás

Un libro digital en PDF, escrito e ilustrado desde la carta natal exacta de una persona — o de varias, si es un libro de pareja o de familia. Cada libro es único: se escribe para esos datos y no existe antes de que lo pidas.

Qué ediciones hay, cuántas personas entran en cada una y cuánto cuestan es lo que diga la tienda en el momento de comprar. Esa es la fuente; cualquier número que hayas visto en otro lado no manda.

Las ediciones disponibles y sus condiciones son las que figuren en la tienda al momento de comprar. Si dejaste tu correo en una lista de espera es para que te avisemos cuando algo se pueda comprar, y nada más: no es una reserva ni un cobro.

3. Qué no es

El libro es una obra de autoconocimiento y lectura, escrita desde una tradición simbólica. No es —y no lo vamos a disfrazar de— consejo médico, psicológico, psiquiátrico, legal, financiero ni profesional de ningún tipo, y no reemplaza a nadie que sí lo sea. No tomes decisiones sobre tu salud, tu plata, tu trabajo ni tus vínculos basándote en lo que dice el libro.

Tampoco predice el futuro. Se escribe sólo desde la carta de nacimiento: no hay tránsitos, no hay pronósticos, no hay «lo que te va a pasar».

4. Está escrito con inteligencia artificial

Lo decimos claro porque es tu plata: el texto y las ilustraciones los produce un modelo de inteligencia artificial, guiado por reglas, plantillas y controles de calidad que escribimos nosotros, y con revisión humana del sistema — no de cada libro, uno por uno.

Eso implica que puede haber frases que no te describan, repeticiones o errores. Es un libro sobre vos escrito a máquina desde datos, no un informe verificado. Si el resultado sale roto o ilegible, eso sí es un problema nuestro: mirá la política de reembolsos.

5. Tu cuenta

Necesitás una cuenta para el capítulo gratis, para comprar y para leer tus libros. Se abre con Google.
Tenés que ser mayor de 18 años para tener cuenta y para comprar. No verificamos la edad: al abrir la cuenta nos estás diciendo que la tenés.
Los datos que cargás tienen que ser verdaderos. Una fecha o una hora de nacimiento mal escrita produce un libro que no habla de esa persona, y eso no es un defecto del libro.
Sos responsable de lo que pase con tu cuenta. Si creés que alguien más entró, escribinos.

6. Cuando el libro es sobre otra persona

Los libros de pareja, de familia y de recién nacido se escriben con datos de gente que no sos vos. Al cargarlos declarás que estás autorizado a hacerlo: porque esa persona te dio permiso, o porque sos su madre, padre o representante legal si es menor de edad.

Es tu responsabilidad, no la nuestra. Si esa persona nos pide que borremos sus datos, los borramos, aunque el libro lo hayas comprado vos.

7. Precio, pago e impuestos

El precio es el que muestra la tienda al momento de comprar, y es el que se cobra: nunca lo define tu navegador.

El cobro lo procesa Creem.io como Merchant of Record: legalmente ellos son quienes te venden, quienes facturan y quienes remiten el IVA o el impuesto que corresponda a tu país. Los datos de tu tarjeta se los das a ellos directamente y nosotros no los vemos nunca. Al pagar aceptás también sus términos.

8. Entrega

Cuando el pago se confirma, el libro empieza a escribirse solo. Normalmente tarda varios minutos, y te mandamos un correo cuando está. No te quedes esperando en la pantalla.

Si pasaron 24 horas y no llegó nada, escribinos a support@celestialbound.com con el número de pedido: o lo destrabamos, o te devolvemos la plata.

El libro queda en tu cuenta para leerlo en el sitio y bajarlo en PDF, mientras la cuenta exista.

9. Empezamos apenas pagás

Escribir e ilustrar el libro cuesta plata desde el primer minuto. Por eso, antes de cobrarte, la pantalla de pago te pide marcar una casilla: con ella nos pedís expresamente que empecemos de inmediato y reconocés lo que eso implica. Sin esa casilla no se puede pagar, y queda guardada con tu pedido — la fecha, el idioma y el texto que aceptaste.

Si comprás desde la Unión Europea o el Reino Unido, esto importa: al marcar esa casilla nos pedís empezar antes de que termine el plazo de reflexión y reconocés que, con eso, perdés el derecho de retracto desde que la generación arranca. El libro es además contenido digital hecho a tus especificaciones. Tus derechos por un libro defectuoso siguen intactos, y están en la política de reembolsos.

10. Qué podés hacer con tu libro

Es tuyo para tu uso personal: podés leerlo, guardarlo, imprimirlo y regalarlo — de hecho, muchos se compran para regalar. El PDF que bajás es tuyo y no caduca; la copia que vive en tu cuenta existe mientras exista la cuenta, y la licencia se cae si te reembolsamos.

Lo que no podés hacer es revenderlo, publicarlo, distribuirlo, usarlo comercialmente ni entregarlo para entrenar otros modelos.

Lo que queda del lado nuestro es el sistema, no tu libro: el motor, los prompts, las plantillas, el diseño, la tipografía y la marca Celestial Bound son nuestros, y comprar un libro no te da derecho sobre ellos.

Tus datos de nacimiento siguen siendo tuyos. No los usamos para entrenar modelos ni para escribir libros de otra gente.

11. Uso del sitio

Pedimos lo obvio: no cargar datos de terceros sin permiso, no intentar entrar a cuentas o libros ajenos, no raspar el sitio con robots, no revender el acceso, no abusar del chat de soporte ni del capítulo gratis, y no romper nada a propósito.

Si alguien hace eso, podemos cerrarle la cuenta. Si tenía libros pagos y en pie, se los damos antes.

12. El chat de soporte

El panel de ayuda te muestra las preguntas frecuentes y el estado de tus pedidos, y te arma un reporte si algo salió mal. Cuando además está abierto el chat con asistente, lo atiende un modelo automático. No puede reembolsar, cancelar, cambiar un pedido ni prometer fechas: para eso abre un ticket y lo mira una persona. Lo que te diga el chat no crea obligaciones que no estén en estos términos.

13. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Hacemos lo posible por que el sitio esté siempre arriba, pero no lo garantizamos: hay mantenimiento, hay proveedores que se caen y hay cosas que se rompen.

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con un libro está limitada a lo que pagaste por ese libro, y no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante ni decisiones que hayas tomado por lo que leíste. Nada de esto limita la responsabilidad que la ley no deja limitar, ni tus derechos como consumidor.

14. Cambios

Podemos cambiar estos términos. Vale la versión publicada acá el día que comprás, y la fecha de arriba dice cuándo se tocó por última vez. Si el cambio es de fondo, te avisamos por correo.

15. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Costa Rica, y cualquier disputa va a los tribunales de Costa Rica. Si comprás como consumidor desde otro país, esto no te quita los derechos imperativos que te da la ley del lugar donde vivís.

Estas páginas están publicadas en español y en inglés, y las dos quieren decir exactamente lo mismo: cualquier diferencia es un error nuestro y lo corregimos apenas nos lo digas. Mientras tanto, para resolver la duda, manda la versión en español.

Terms and conditions

This is what we agree to when you buy a book. It is written to be understood on one read.

1. Who we are

Celestial Bound is an independent project operated from Costa Rica. Write to support@celestialbound.com about anything: your order, legal or privacy matters.

By using the site or buying a book you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, don't buy.

2. What you are buying

A digital book, as a PDF, written and illustrated from one person's exact birth chart — or from several, for a couples or family book. Every book is unique: it is written for those details and does not exist until you ask for it.

Which editions exist, how many people fit in each and what they cost is whatever the shop says at the moment you buy. That is the source; a number you saw somewhere else does not govern.

Which editions are available, and on what terms, is whatever the shop says at the moment you buy. If you left your email on a waitlist it is so we can tell you when something goes on sale, and nothing more: it is not a reservation and it is not a charge.

3. What it is not

The book is a work of self-knowledge and reading, written from a symbolic tradition. It is not — and we won't dress it up as — medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it replaces nobody who is. Do not make decisions about your health, your money, your work or your relationships based on what it says.

It does not predict the future either. It is written from the birth chart alone: no transits, no forecasts, no "what is going to happen to you".

4. It is written with artificial intelligence

We say it plainly because it is your money: the text and the illustrations are produced by an AI model, guided by rules, templates and quality checks we wrote, with human review of the system — not of each book, one by one.

So there may be sentences that don't describe you, repetitions, or mistakes. It is a book about you written by machine from data, not a verified report. If what comes out is broken or unreadable, that is our problem: see the refund policy.

5. Your account

You need an account for the free chapter, to buy, and to read your books. You open one with Google.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account and to buy. We don't verify age: opening an account is you telling us you are.
The details you enter must be true. A wrong birth date or time produces a book that is not about that person, and that is not a defect in the book.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else got in, write to us.

6. When the book is about someone else

Couples, family and new-baby books are written from the details of people who are not you. By entering them you are stating that you are allowed to: because that person agreed, or because you are their parent or legal guardian if they are a minor.

That responsibility is yours, not ours. If that person asks us to delete their data, we delete it, even though you are the one who paid.

7. Price, payment and tax

The price is the one the shop shows when you buy, and that is what is charged: your browser never decides it.

Payment is processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record: legally they are the seller of record, they invoice you, and they remit the VAT or sales tax your country requires. You hand your card details to them directly and we never see them. Paying also means accepting their terms.

8. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the book starts writing itself. It normally takes several minutes, and we email you when it is ready. Don't sit staring at the screen.

If 24 hours go by and nothing arrives, write to support@celestialbound.com with your order number: we either unstick it or give you your money back.

The book stays in your account to read on the site and to download as a PDF, for as long as the account exists.

9. We start the moment you pay

Writing and illustrating the book costs money from the first minute. So before we charge you, the payment screen asks you to tick a box: with it you expressly ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge what that means. Without that box you cannot pay, and it is stored with your order — the date, the language and the text you accepted.

If you are buying from the European Union or the United Kingdom this matters: ticking that box asks us to begin before the cooling-off period ends and acknowledges that this loses you the right of withdrawal from the moment generation starts. The book is also digital content made to your specifications. Your rights over a defective book are untouched, and they are in the refund policy.

10. What you can do with your book

It is yours for your personal use: you may read it, keep it, print it and give it away — plenty of them are bought as gifts. The PDF you download is yours and does not expire; the copy that lives in your account exists as long as the account does, and the licence ends if we refund you.

What you may not do is resell it, publish it, distribute it, use it commercially, or hand it over to train other models.

What stays on our side is the system, not your book: the engine, the prompts, the templates, the design, the typography and the Celestial Bound name are ours, and buying a book gives you no rights over them.

Your birth details remain yours. We do not use them to train models or to write anyone else's book.

11. Using the site

We ask for the obvious: don't enter other people's details without permission, don't try to reach accounts or books that aren't yours, don't scrape the site with bots, don't resell access, don't abuse the support chat or the free chapter, and don't break things on purpose.

If someone does, we can close their account. If they had paid books still standing, we hand those over first.

12. The support chat

The help panel shows you the FAQ and the status of your orders, and builds a report if something went wrong. When the assistant chat is also open, an automated model answers it. It cannot refund, cancel, change an order or promise dates: for that it opens a ticket and a person looks at it. What the chat tells you does not create obligations that are not in these terms.

13. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee it: there is maintenance, providers fall over, and things break.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a book is limited to what you paid for that book, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or decisions you took because of what you read. None of this limits liability the law does not let us limit, nor your consumer rights.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The version published here on the day you buy is the one that governs, and the date at the top says when it was last touched. If the change is substantive, we email you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute goes to the Costa Rican courts. If you buy as a consumer from another country, this does not take away the mandatory rights the law where you live gives you.

These pages are published in Spanish and in English, and both are meant to say exactly the same thing: any difference is our mistake and we fix it as soon as you tell us. Meanwhile, to settle the question, the Spanish version governs.
